— Callistemon viminalis ‘CC19’ Scarlet Flame™ PP25,023 —
Callistemon viminalis ‘CC19’ PPAF – A seedling selection of C. ‘Captain Cook’, this dwarf bottlebrush shrub was selected for its compact size, fine leaf texture and great auburn-colored new foliage. Scarlet Flame is a great alternative to Callistemon ‘Little John’: it is more hardy, has nicer foliage and a bigger/better flower and bloom habit (and self-cleaning to boot!). Best in Zones 9-11.
